A crystalline form of triazolo(4,5-d)pyrimidine compound of formula (I) being characterised by an X-ray powder diffraction pattern containing specific peaks defined in claims. Described is also a method for the preparation of the compounds, a pharmaceutical composition containing thereof and their use in the manufacture of a medicament in the prevention of arterial thrombotic complications in patients with coronary artery, cerebrovascular or peripheral vascular disease.
