The heater has an outer casing including two air outlets (102) respectively formed through two sides of the outer casing, and a power cable (103) mounted through the outer casing. A multiple-stacked core assembly (2) is mounted in the outer casing, and includes a fan connected to the power cable, drawing air axially from an air inlet (101) of the outer casing and blowing air radially toward the air outlets. Two heating assemblies are respectively mounted in sides of the outer casing corresponding to the air outlets and electrically connected to the power cable. The heating assembly has a positive -temperature-coefficient (PTC) ceramic heating component.
