PURPOSE: A kit and a method for extracting buffy coat are provided to minimize contact with the outside in a process of separating collected blood. CONSTITUTION: A kit for extracting buffy coat comprises: a syringe(100) which directly collects blood or contains the collected blood; a centrifuge(200) which separates blood according to compositions by rotating the syringe; and a syringe pump(300) extracting the buffy coat from the separated blood by moving the piston of the syringe. The syringe includes a body from which a connection tip is projected, a piston located inside the body, an elastic body, and a pusher.
