PURPOSE: A wheel guide device for a chock is provided to prevent a rail unit from becoming damaged since a wheel for a chock is placed on a rail unit through the slope of a guide unit, thereby blocking the movement of the wheel. CONSTITUTION: A wheel guide device for a chock comprises a rail unit(10) and guide units(20,30). The rail unit holds a wheel(40) for a chock and moves. The guide unit is installed adjacent to the rail unit. The guide unit guides the wheel to the rail unit. The guide unit comprises a body and a slope. The body is close to the rail unit. The body is protruded more upward than the rail unit. The slope is formed on the body. The slope inclines toward the rail unit. The guide unit comprises a support, a guide body, and a support bar. The support is separated from the rail unit. The guide body is arranged between the support and the rail unit.
