<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a polyurethane resin capable of obtaining a polyurethane product using a plant-derived polyol with good productivity and moldability without the risk of generating issues of odor, toxicity and environment. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for a polyurethane resin comprises a step of reacting a polyol component and an isocyanate component in the presence of a urethanization catalyst.
