<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which includes an in-cell touch sensor, the manufacturing cost of which is reduced, and also, light transmittance and color rendering of which are improved. <P>SOLUTION: The display device includes: a first substrate 11; a second substrate 12; and the touch sensor 13 disposed on the surface of the second substrate 12. A transistor array 111 is disposed on one of the surfaces of the first substrate 11, and a color pixel array is disposed on one of the surfaces of the second substrate 12. The transistor array 111 and the color pixel array are face-aligned with each other. The touch sensor 13 includes: a plurality of electrodes; a plurality of first lead wires; and a plurality of first contact pads. A plurality of second contact pads, a plurality of second lead wires, a plurality of connection wires, and a plurality of terminal pads are disposed on the first substrate 11.
