<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for manufacturing net-like pipe material for accurately molding uniform net-like parts in a body of the pipe material even when an extrusion molding machine extrudes a constant amount per unit time from a die and for simply molding a complicated pipe material which has rectangular openings with different shapes and spaces. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus includes the extrusion molding machine 1, a mold moving mechanism 2, a take-off mechanism 3 and a control computer 4. The control computer 4 includes a menu means 41 which stores a molding condition database M. The molding condition database M includes pieces of molding condition information (M<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, M<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, ...) which define individual molding conditions corresponding to different patterns relating to the shapes and spaces of the rectangular openings A in the net-like parts of the pipe material.
