<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce degradation in a vibration suppression performance due to aliasing. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle control apparatus for controlling the drive control quantity of an engine as a drive source and a second motor/generator to suppress vibrations in a vehicle body is provided with a vibration-suppression-performance degradation-suppressing device (an input signal processing section 7o and an input signal determination section 7n) for reducing degradation in the vibration-suppression-performance against the vibration due to aliasing if the aliasing is generated in a signal regarding vibration information or a signal regarding a vibration-suppression-control compensation-quantity calculated based on the vibration information.
