<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent magnet type motor in which cogging torque is reduced and which is miniaturized. <P>SOLUTION: The permanent magnet type motor includes a mover having P pieces of magnetic poles arranged therein at equal intervals and a stator in which winding centers of N pieces winding coils to be excited in m phases are arranged at approximately equal intervals. The number P of magnetic poles of the mover and the number N of the winding coils of the stator are selected so that P=2n (n is a natural number) and N=2n±1 or N=2(n±1) are true, and N is not an integral multiple of m, and the number of turns is set different among the winding coils so as to equalize phase differences between respective phases, and only a one phase portion of the winding coils is wound around a one winding center of the winding coils. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
