<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive module suitable for detecting accurately the number of revolutions. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a drive module 1 comprising a stator 20, a rotor 10 with n (an integer number) projection parts 15, and a housing 39 storing the stator 20 and the rotor 10 includes the steps of: mounting a rotating member 40 having m blade parts 45 arranged at equal intervals with each other with m gap parts 44 therebetween, m being an integer multiple of n, on a shaft 19; and attaching a sensor 50 for detecting the blade parts 45 or the gap parts 44 at a position between the center 450 of a first blade part 45c and the end 41c of the forward direction 111 of the first blade part 45c, with the rotor 10 stopped, when directly or indirectly attaching the sensor 50 to the housing 39. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
