<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for confirming an opened/closed state of a valve, allowing fully opened or completely closed state of a valve to be accurately and visually confirmed when various types of valves provided in fluid conveyance pipes, reservoir tanks or the like installed in power plants, factories or the like are manually opened and closed through operating a handle. <P>SOLUTION: The device includes a plurality of pipe bodies 11 to 14 having outer diameters and inner diameters sequentially decreased in this order, configured in such a manner that a pipe body having a smaller diameter is sequentially inserted and nested into a pipe having a larger diameter and the pipe body having the smaller diameter is supported as retractably protruding from one open end of the pipe body having the larger diameter, also as relatively rotatable but not droppable. The device includes a marking 20 on an outer circumference face close to the base end of at least one pipe body having a smaller diameter, the marking being exposed outside and indicating a fully opened state and/or a completely closed state of a valve only when the all pipe bodies having smaller diameters are in the most stretched state from the pipe body 11 having the largest diameter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
