<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply system which can prevent a foreign substances in the fuel in a fuel tank from entering a fuel pump and ensuring a sufficient filtration area of a filter. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel supply system includes a casing which is fitted by insertion into the insertion hole of the fuel tank and includes a fuel ejection path for ejecting a fuel sucked as the fuel in the fuel tank is sucked, a fuel pump housed in the casing, a pressure regulation device housed in the casing, a lid member adapter which is mounted on the upper side of the casing and includes a fuel suction path having a fuel suction port for sucking the fuel in the fuel tank into the fuel pump and a fuel discharge path for returning the fuel from the pressure regulation device into the fuel tank, a filter which is attached on the upper side of the lid member adapter to filter the fuel in the fuel tank for the suction thereof into the fuel suction path and a fuel discharge port which is provided to communicate with the fuel discharge path of the lid member adapter and discharge the fuel from the pressure regulation device into the filter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
