<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator that can increase the resonance frequency. <P>SOLUTION: An actuator 1 comprises: an actuator comb 20; a coil 30 having an outer periphery surface 31, a part of which is attached to the actuator comb 20; an external support member 61 that is attached to at least a part of the outer periphery surface 31 of the coil 30 other than the above-described part and reinforces the coil 30; an internal support member 62 that is attached to at least a part of an inner periphery surface 32 of the coil 30 and reinforces the coil 30; and a bridge member 63 that is arranged across the external support member 61 and the internal support member 62.
