SOLAR CELL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to shorten times for manufacturing a solar cell by forming an emitter unit and a back side field unit with only one thermal process. CONSTITUTION: An emitter unit forms a first conductive substrate(110) and p-n junction. A reflection preventing layer(130) is placed on the emitter unit. A plurality of front electrodes(140) is connected to the emitter unit. A back side field unit(171) is partially placed in the back side of the substrate. A plurality of back side electrodes(150) is electrically connected to the substrate through the back side field unit.
