<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device in which a gate drawing wiring is long and the number of signal lines connectable to the gate drawing wiring is fully assured. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor device includes a plurality of circuit cells that are arranged side by side in a first direction and are separated into a first region of a first conductive type and a second region of a second conductive type arrayed side by side in a second direction almost orthogonal to said direction, and a first power line and a second power line which are arranged parallel to each other, with an interval in the second direction while extending in the first direction. The first region contains at least one first transistor to which a first power supply potential is supplied from the first power line. The second region contains at least one second transistor to which a second power supply potential is supplied from the second power line.
