<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing devise capable of properly controlling power supply to storage means on the basis of a reference time and a accumulative time. <P>SOLUTION: When conditions to shift the information processing devise to a power saving mode are satisfied and the accumulative time is larger than a predetermined value (less than the reference time), the power supply to the storage means is decreased at a first time.
