<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program, etc., capable of preliminarily grasping a plurality of exemption sections and grace sections whose application can be received by an applicant. <P>SOLUTION: A server computer 6 accepts identification information for specifying an applicant. The server computer 6 reads household information about the applicant corresponding to the accepted identification information and persons living with the applicant from a storing part which stores the household information about the applicant and the persons living with the applicant. The server computer 6 reads income information of the applicant and the persons living with the applicant corresponding to the identification information from the storing part which stores the income information of the applicant and the persons living with the applicant. The server computer 6 extracts a plurality of exemption sections and grace sections in which the applicant satisfies conditions on the basis of the read household information and income information, and the conditions to the plurality of exemption sections and grace sections of pension stored in the storing part.
