<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet curable composition excellent in scratch resistance and moldability (elongation of a cured film). <P>SOLUTION: The ultraviolet curable composition contains a (meth)acryloyl group-containing urethane oligomer (C) obtained by a reaction between 1 mol of tri-to-hexa-isocyanate (A) and 1-6.5 mol of di-(meta)acrylate having a hydroxy group and/or tri-(meta)acrylate having a hydroxy group (B). A (meth)acryloyl group-containing urethane oligomer (D) containing two or three (meth)acryloyl groups in one molecule is preferably contained additionally.
