<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more reliable nuclear reactor manual-operation device adopting a duplex configuration, especially on solenoid operated valve driving means. <P>SOLUTION: The invention comprises a method that adopts duplex on element basis, incorporates AND logic via transistors and drives a directional control solenoid operated valve. A test pattern is provided for newly carrying out diagnostic test on each transistor individually in order to detect individual ON failure of serially duplexed transistors to provide a more reliable nuclear reactor manual-operation device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
