<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calibrator for a flow measurement device which can detect a temperature of flow media with a high accuracy in spite of avoiding at least a part of defects of the conventional known calibrator, especially without failure. <P>SOLUTION: In this calibrator, especially, a temperature measurement device(6) is composed as an ultrasound temperature measurement device(8), can detect a temperature of a media flowing with a high accuracy with little failure by determining the media temperature with a velocity in the media obtained. The ultrasound temperature measurement device(8) is not projected through a flow section of a measurement segment of subject(2), and the flow within the measurement segment of subject(2) is, therefore, not affected subsequently from the ultrasound temperature measurement device, especially, in region of the subject of the flow measurement device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
