<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of restraining a change with time of slip force of a slip mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: This slip mechanism includes magnetic substances 5 and 6 oppositely arranged so that attraction force mutually operates and a sleeve 2 provided with the magnetic substances 5 and 6. The magnetic substance 6 is a rotary shaft of paralleling to the direction for operating the attraction force, and slidably rotates to the magnetic substance 5. The magnetic substance 5 is provided with a through-hole penetrating in the rotary shaft direction of the magnetic substance 6. The magnetic substance 6 is provided with a through-hole penetrating in the rotary shaft direction of the magnetic substance 6.
