<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a male urine scattering prevention device which can prevent scattering of urine when a male urinates standing and is disposable into a toilet after the use. <P>SOLUTION: On one face of a sheet of tissue paper 2, ramie is applied and the sheet is rounded into a cylinder shape so as to make the face inside and maintained. One end of the cylinder shape is narrowed to form a urine exit 3. An edge 4 capable of accommodating the penis is set on the opposite side and a part is opened to form an extensible edge 6 so as to correspond to a size of the penis.
