<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat accumulation system that uses heat accumulated in a heat accumulator for accumulating latent heat promptly as needed. <P>SOLUTION: A flow rate of cooling water which passes through the heat accumulator 5 by driving a water pump 2 is adjusted in response to the temperature of a heat storage material in a heat storage capsule 7 when discharging the heat through the cooling water accumulated in the heat accumulator 5 by driving the water pump 2. This increases a freezing rate of the heat storage material by temperature decrease caused by heat radiation of the heat storage material in the heat storage capsule 7. In other words, the thickness of the frozen portion near the outer periphery of the heat storage capsule 7 in the heat storage material increases. This increases the flow rate of the cooling water passing through the heat accumulator 5 even if transmission of the heat from the heat storage material to the cooling water is prevented. Further, the increase of the flow rate of the cooling water passing through the heat accumulator 5 promptly discharges the heat of the heat accumulator 5 through the cooling water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
