<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold flask releasing apparatus capable of preventing occurrence of any gap between die matching surfaces of upper and lower molds, avoiding troublesomeness of maintenance work, and reducing the apparatus cost by a simple mechanism and a minimum device. <P>SOLUTION: The mold flask releasing apparatus includes upper part oscillation-supporting means 32, 34 for supporting a molding flask releasing head 4 in an oscillating manner in an all-round direction on a base, a supporting member 40 supported on an elevating/lowering table 14 by a cylinder device 16 in an elevating/lowering manner, lower oscillation-supporting means 38, 42 for supporting a mold receiving table 10 in an oscillating manner by the supporting member in the all-round direction, and a support angle fixing means 46 for fixing the mold receiving table to the supporting member at the support angle changed by the oscillation.
