<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pendulum-type dynamic damper that is attached to a rotating member and that absorbs or damps a torque fluctuation or a torsional vibration, wherein high damping effect can be obtained at a low cost without using a specific shape to rock a damper mass so that the damper mass becomes a reciprocating degree of the damper mass adjusted to an inherent vibration degree of the rotating member. <P>SOLUTION: In the pendulum-type dynamic damper 1 with the damper mass 12 that is swingably supported to an outer peripheral part of the rotating member 2, there is a rolling body 6 that is housed in the outer peripheral part of the rotating member 2 and moves rolling accompanied with the swing of the damper mass in the rotating member 2. The damper mass 12 is attached to the rolling body 6 and the center of rotation of the rolling body 6 and the center of gravity of the damper mass are attached to be displaced.
