摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalyst pattern manufacturing method for manufacturing s catalyst pattern to be used for forming a metal pattern which has excellent adhesion to a substrate, thin line reproducibility, and conductivity using a good discharge stability ink, and a metal pattern manufacturing method using thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A catalyst pattern manufacturing method comprises steps of: forming a pattern part on the substrate using an ink which contains catalyst precursor for electroless plating; and reducing the catalyst precursor for electroless plating by immersing the pattern part in a reducing solution.
