PURPOSE: A photo-reflective elastic paving surface is provided to improve the appearance property of a rubber chip by reflecting a certain level of light due to photo-reflective flake even under the physical property of the rubber chip. CONSTITUTION: A photo-reflective elastic paving surface(100) is formed in a manner an elastic chip with photo-reflective flake is mixed with other chip without photo-reflective flake. The photo-reflective elastic paving surface is constructed in a manner a polyurethane elastic chip(12) of 100part by weight, photo-reflective flake(11) of 1.0~2.0part by weight, and polyurethane binder of 20part by weight are mixed and paved. |
