SERVING EVOLVED NODE B AND METHOD FOR DYNAMIC SOURCE ALLOCATION USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A serving eNB(enhanced Node B) and dynamic resource allocation method using the same are provided to dynamically allocate a resource by giving weighted value to an outage user equipment. CONSTITUTION: A dynamic resource allocating unit(120) applies resource block assignment weight to a proportional fair metric based on the average amount of data transmission. The dynamic resource allocating unit selects a resource block from a user terminal. A QoS(Quality of Service) measuring unit(130) receives information that is updated from the user terminal. The QoS measuring unit supplies the communication disabled state information of the user terminal to the resource allocating unit.
