<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve appropriate coordination between multiple communication parties by using microwaves in the 2.4/5 GHz band as supplementary means of communication for a millimeter wave communication system. <P>SOLUTION: A control station establishes a coordination link according to a first communication method using microwaves with individual terminal stations in a cell thereof, and communicates control information including scheduling information of the cell to the terminal stations. A direct link according to a second communication method using millimeter waves is established for direct data communication between at least two of the terminal stations which have been scheduled by the control station.
