PRINTING SYSTEM AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing system that allows a user to write down in a sheet with an electronic pen to enable the resulting file to be added to a slide.

SOLUTION: A printing system 11 comprises an electronic pen 1; a computer device 2; and a printer 3. The computer device 2 includes allocation means that allocates a dot pattern indicating position coordinates of a coordinate region to a slide to be printed, and instructs printing of an arbitrary slide. The dot pattern to be allocated is different for each slide. For a slide which the dot pattern has not been allocated to, processing means causes the dot pattern allocation means to allocate a coded pattern to the slide. For a slide which the dot pattern has been already allocated to, the processing means reads information related to the dot pattern allocated to the slide from storage means. The processing means generates a printing instruction output to print the allocated dot pattern and a portion to be printed so as to overlap the allocated dot pattern and the portion to be printed in such a manner that the allocated dot pattern is printed with an ink readable by the electronic pen and the portion to be printed is printed with an ink not readable by the electronic pen.
