<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a mechanism in a slot even when an excessive impact is applied while an expansion card is mounted. <P>SOLUTION: A confining unit 12f is provided in the vicinity of a protrusion 14d of a guide member 14, so that the protrusion 14d can be prevented from highly deforming even when excessive pressure is applied to an expansion card 10 mounted on a card mounting device in the direction indicated by an arrow C. Therefore, in the next and subsequent mounting of the expansion card 10, the guide member 14 is displaced normally in the direction indicated by the arrow C, and a heart cam structure can operate normally, thereby realizing a taking-out operation using an elastic return force of a spring 15 when the expansion card 10 is taken out of the card mounting device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
