CONTROL SYSTEM FOR MULTI-KIND MIXTURE ASSEMBLY LINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the control system of a multi-kind mixture assembly line which is high in productivity with little work mistake.

SOLUTION: This control system 10 of a multi-kind mixture assembly line is provided with: a line control part 1 for transmitting production information related with a model; a line facility operation control part 4 for acquiring and transmitting the information of a pallet 3 on a production line 2; a line controller 6 for setting model-categorized work process data, and for creating a work process file 5 of each pallet based on the production information transmitted from the line control part and the information of the pallet transmitted from a line facility operation control part and the work process data; and a process control part 7 for controlling the work instruction of each process and equipment 8 to be used in each work process based on the work process file 5 created by the line controller.
