PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insurance policy information management device which can easily batch manage insurance policies made up of different types of formats that subscribers subscribe to or hold, and can easily access information relating to the subscribed insurance policy if necessary.

SOLUTION: An insurance policy information management device 1 comprises a terminal 10 which an insurance subscriber holds, a server 20 configured to receive information output from the terminal 10 via communication line and execute predetermined processing according to the received information, and a database 70 connected to the server 20 via communication line and configured to batch manage information regarding insurance policy of an insurance that the subscriber subscribes to by storing the information in a predetermined format. The insurance policy information management device 1 is configured so that the subscriber can retrieve information regarding subscribed insurance policy from the database 70 via the server 20 using only the terminal 10 in an emergency.
