<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing target image generation device capable of performing flexible adjustment of an output image. <P>SOLUTION: A processing target image generation device 100 generates a processing target image which is subject to an image conversion processing for obtaining an output image based on an input image imaged by an imaging means 2.
