摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be able to not only prevent the lift of a foundation pile by reducing a pull-out force to the foundation pile caused by an earthquake but also reduce costs. <P>SOLUTION: The frame includes: a foundation beam 2 for supporting a structure 10 provided with an earthquake resisting wall 13 inside of a pile foundation building; a plurality of foundation piles 3 under a side column that are embedded in the ground G under the foundation beam 2 and placed in the periphery of the foundation beam 2; and a plurality of foundation piles 4 under a center earthquake resisting wall that are placed in a width direction center of the earthquake resisting wall 13 in a plane view as well as semi-rigidly joined to the foundation beam 2.
