<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force control device which can more appropriately achieve deceleration which a driver requires. <P>SOLUTION: A driving force control device 2 that performs fuel cut of an engine 10 when an accelerator opening has a predetermined value greater than zero has an engine torque control part 51 that sets deceleration of a vehicle 1 based on the accelerator opening, and sets different decelerations according to accelerator openings between during fuel cut and during fuel supply control.
