<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frequency-voltage conversion circuit having good linearity. <P>SOLUTION: The frequency-voltage conversion circuit comprises: a differentiation circuit receiving a clock signal; a buffer circuit receiving an output from the differentiation circuit outputting it as a pulse wave; an integration circuit converting the pulse wave output by the buffer circuit to a DC voltage; and a MOS transistor receiving the clock signal at a gate terminal and having a source terminal connected to a ground terminal and a drain terminal connected to an output terminal of the differentiation circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
