<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor to be easily manufactured and repaired, a roller with a built-in motor, and a roller conveyor device. <P>SOLUTION: A motor 1 mounted on a roller with a built-in motor includes output shafts 2 and 5, and a casing 10. The casing 10 is formed by combining, in an axial direction, casing pieces 11 and 12 divided at least into two. The casing 10 is fastened by fastening metal fittings 20. The roller with the built-in motor has the motor 1 mounted thereon.
