<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral cavity protection pillow which can securely eliminate bad influence over an oral cavity area of a sleeping person while stably supporting the head part of the sleeping person even in a sideway lying posture. <P>SOLUTION: The oral cavity protection pillow comprises: a head top side bag body which has right-left elongated nearly rectangular planes formed thereon to support the rear head of a user; a neck part side bag body to support the ear around part and the neck part of the user, wherein cut-off parts cut in almost arc shapes in oblique directions toward the center of the user's body from parts near both right and left end parts of the head top side bag body are respectively formed on both right and left sides, and the jaw part of the user faces thereto when the user lies in sideway lying posture; and a recess part with a nearly V-shaped cross section formed on the border part between the head top side bag body and the neck part side bag body and in the vicinity thereof.
