<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an umbrella case in which a wet umbrella after use can be quickly stored and held stably, and which is friendly to the global environment. <P>SOLUTION: A vertical opening/closing slit 6 for putting in and taking out an umbrella is provided in the center of the umbrella case body 1, with a hook-and-loop fastener 3 installed on the entire opening/closing slit 6. A handle 2 is provided in the upper part of the body 1 with the opening/closing slit 6 held in-between, with a storing band 4 also provided consisting of a water absorption material in the rear surface.
