PURPOSE: A method for charging change as point and system thereof are provided to charge change as a virtual point through a phone number. CONSTITUTION: A user inputs a portable terminal number to a terminal for member store information input(S130). A cash receipt VAN(Value Added Network) server transmits cash receipt information to national tax administration(S150). The cash receipt VAN server transmits charge information to a coin bank server(S160). The coin saving box server transmits a temporary charging secret number to a mobile phone number(S180). The coin saving box server generates virtual point corresponding to charged money(S220). |
