PURPOSE: A fresh ginseng selection apparatus is provided to rapidly perform fresh ginseng selection works through sterilizing and cooling of transferred fresh ginsengs. CONSTITUTION: A conveyor(10) transfers a fresh ginseng(1) through a predetermined route. A fresh ginseng sterilizing device(20) touches the fresh ginseng with light, liquid, or gas including sterilizing power. A cooling device(30) cools the transferred fresh ginseng. A moisture supply device(40) sprays water toward the transferred fresh ginseng. The moisture supply device prevents drying of the fresh ginseng. |
