APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING WASTE GAS TEMPERATURE BY CHANGING PARTICLE SIZE AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A device for controlling waste gas temperature by changing particle size and a method thereof are provided to facilitate the average grain size of a binder by predicting the waste gas according to the average grain size in advance. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling waste gas temperature by changing particle size comprises a grain size measuring unit(210), an exhaust gas temperature estimator(220) and a controller(230). The grain size measuring unit measures the particle size of the loaded binders in the sinter plant driving at a sinter plant. The exhaust gas temperature estimator predicts the exhaust gas temperature based on the average grain size of binders. According to the comparison result, the controller controls the exhaust gas temperature in order not to exceed the standard value.
