PURPOSE: A system for restoring oil contaminated coastal area using a natural-artificial air blowing device is provided to minimize the destruction of the ecology system in mud-flat by accelerating a natural decomposing mechanism. CONSTITUTION: A system for restoring oil contaminated coastal area using a natural-artificial air blowing device is composed of an air blowing pipe(1) and an air blowing hole(2). The air blowing pipe is locally installed at contaminated mud flat. If the air is blown through the air blowing hole, the air is spread to the mud flat. The upper side of the air blowing pipe is capable of being opened and closed such that a measuring unit is in connection with the upper side of the air blowing pipe.
