SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ENGRAVING QUICK RESPONSE CODE IN JEWELRY USING LASER

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for engraving a quick response code in a jewelry using a laser beam are provided to offer information on the material and characteristics of a jewelry and information on a jewelry producer and seller as well. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for engraving a quick response code in a jewelry using a laser beam comprises a QR code creating terminal(100) and an imprinting device(200). The QR code creating terminal comprises a storage part(110) storing QR code creating program, an input part(120) allowing for input by a user, a first controller(130) creating a QR code, an output part(140) outputting the QR code created through the QR code creating program on a screen, and a transmission part(150) transmitting the QR code to the imprinting device. The imprinting device comprises an input part(210) receiving the QR code from the transmission part, a second controller(220) analyzing the QR code input to the input part and generating an imprinting control signal from the analyzed result, and an imprinting part(230) imprinting the QR code according to the imprinting control signal.
