摘要 <p>Disclosed is an internal combustion engine system control device provided with an in-cylinder intake air flow rate estimation unit, a compressor outflow amount estimation unit, a boost pressure estimation unit, and an intake bypass valve flow rate estimation unit. The in-cylinder intake air flow rate estimation unit acquires the in-cylinder intake air flow rate using a first intake system calculation model. The compressor outflow amount estimation unit estimates the compressor outflow amount using a second intake system calculation model on the basis of the estimate value of the in-cylinder intake air flow rate. The boost pressure estimation unit estimates the boost pressure using a third intake system calculation model on the basis of the estimate value of the compressor outflow amount. The intake bypass valve flow rate estimation unit estimates the intake bypass valve flow rate as a correction value used for estimation of the compressor outflow amount or the boost pressure on the basis of a parameter indicating the state of air in an intake system and the opening/closing control state of an intake bypass valve.</p>
