PURPOSE: A cellulose-ZnO piezoelectric paper and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to arrange a fiber of a cellulose film and zinc oxide nano particle in a predetermined direction, thereby securing excellent piezoelectric properties, biodegradation properties, and biocompatibility. CONSTITUTION: A zinc oxide nano particle is included in the surface of a cellulose film. A fiber and zinc oxide nano particle of the cellulose film are arranged in a predetermined direction. The zinc oxide nano particle is included with a weight amount of 5 to 40 percent based on the total weight of a piezoelectric paper. The size of the zinc oxide nano particle is 50 to 400 nm. The piezoelectric constant of the piezoelectric paper is 50 to 200 pC/N.
