A solar photovoltaic energy receiving circuit includes a photovoltaic battery (V2), a voltage detection circuit (GZ), a capacitor charging-discharging series-parallel switching circuit and a diode isolation circuit. The output terminal (A) of the photovoltaic battery (V2) is connected with the positive terminal of a storage battery (V1) via a first diode (D1) and a second diode (D2) connected in series. A third capacitor (C3) is connected in parallel with the second diode (D2). The photovoltaic battery (V2) is connected in parallel with a first capacitor (C1). The positive terminal of a second capacitor (C2) is connected with the connecting node (B) of the first diode (D1) and the second diode (D2). The negative terminal of the second capacitor (C2) is respectively connected to the source electrode of a second transistor (Q2) and the drain electrode of a first transistor (Q1). The drain electrode of the second transistor (Q2) is connected to the output terminal (A) of the photovoltaic battery (V2). The source electrode of the first transistor (Q1) is connected to the ground. The gate electrodes of the first and second transistors (Q1, Q2) are respectively connected to the output control terminals (a, b) of the voltage detection circuit (GZ). The voltage detecting and sampling terminals (A, B) of the voltage detection circuit (GZ) are respectively connected to the output terminal (A) of the photovoltaic battery (V2) and the connecting node (B) of the first diode (D1) and the second diode (D2). By taking the open-circuit voltage and the short-circuit current of the photovoltaic battery (V2) as a maximum working point, the receiving circuit could provide a charging current up to the short-circuit current of the photovoltaic battery (V2) so as to improve using effectiveness of the photovoltaic battery (V2) in the condition that the output voltage of the photovoltaic battery (V2) is equal to or below the battery voltage.
