The surface of the implant is sprayed with titanium plasma. The method of manufacturing a spatial implant structure made of pure titanium or titanium alloy with an open-mesh, three-dimensional network structure having mesh sizes of 1.5-6 mm partially covering the surface, comprises producing a green compact using a metal powder injection molding, transforming the green compact into a brown body by debinding, holding the brown body on a solid implant base body made of pure titanium or titanium alloys, and producing the finished implant from the solid implant base body by sintering.
