The fastening device (1) has a support element with a base body (10) for supporting on a roof top. Multiple fastening elements (11,12) are formed for tight-connection fastening of the support element on the roof. One of the fastening elements is arranged in edge area of the base body of the support element. An independent claim is also included for a roof construction with a sealing film.
